Smoothie

Orange-Pineapple-Carrot Smoothie

This fresh and healthy smoothie is a great snack after a workout.

Pinapple Smoothie Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1/3 cup ice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1/2 banana
Instructions:
    Put the pineapple, ice, orange juice, carrot and banana in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Serves 1
