Orange-Pineapple-Carrot Smoothie
This fresh and healthy smoothie is a great snack after a workout.
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/3 cup ice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1/2 banana
- Put the pineapple, ice, orange juice, carrot and banana in a blender. Blend until smooth.
